Q: What is the procedure to remove the fuel injector sight shield?
A:
The procedure is to twist counterclockwise to unlock the tube/oil fill cap from the valve cover, remove the upper intake manifold cover nut holding the fuel injector sight shield to the fuel injector rail brace stud, lift the fuel injector sight shield up at the front and slide the tab out of the engine bracket, and re-install the tube/oil fill cap in the valve cover to prevent engine oil contamination.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the spark plug wire?
A:
You need to turn OFF the ignition, remove the fuel injector sight shield, the spark plug wires from the spark plugs at the rear and front of the engine, remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils, remove the spark plug wire retaining clips from the rear, front and top of the engine, and remove the spark plug wires from the engine.

Q: What is the procedure to remove the spark plug wires at the front of the engine?
A:
The procedure is to note the position of the spark plug wires before removing the wires, twist the spark plug boot 1/2 turn before removing the boot, pry the heat shield up from the spark plugs, and remove the spark plug wires from the spark plugs at the front of the engine.
