Q: What is the removal procedure for the heater core?
A:
You need to remove the air cleaner assembly, the fuel injector sight shield, and the cross vehicle brace, drain the coolant, position aside the heater hose inlet and outlet clamp, disconnect the inlet and outlet heater hose, remove the lower floor console, the right and left instrument panel insulator, the screws, the heater core outlet cover, the screws from the heater core cover and the heater core cover, remove and discard the seals, the caulk, the outer seal and the screw from the heater core line clamp, remove the heater core retaining clamp, the screw and the heater core from the HVAC lower case, remove and discard the lower seal, the center seal, the upper seal, and the side seals.
