Q: What is the removal procedure for the left exhaust manifold replacement?
A:
You need to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the fuel injector sight shield, the engine mount struts and the exhaust crossover pipe, disconnect the left spark plug wires, remove the oil level indicator tube bracket, the left engine lift bracket bolt, and nut, the engine lift bracket, the exhaust manifold heat shield nuts, the exhaust manifold heat shield, exhaust manifold bolts, and the nuts, the exhaust manifold and exhaust manifold gasket, clean and inspect the exhaust manifold.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the right exhaust manifold replacement?
A:
You need to disconnect the battery ground cable, remove the fuel injector sight shield and the exhaust crossover pipe, raise and support the vehicle, remove the 3-way catalytic converter and the EGR adapter pipe, lower the vehicle, remove the wiring harness and the heater hose retaining clips, the right spark plug wires, the engine lift bracket bolt, and the nut, the engine lift bracket, and the fuel injector sight shield bracket nuts. You also need to remove the fuel injector sight shield bracket, the exhaust manifold bolts, and the nuts, rotate the engine, disconnect the heated oxygen sensor electrical connector, remove the remaining bolt and the exhaust manifold, the exhaust manifold gasket, the upper exhaust manifold heat shield, the lower exhaust manifold heat shield, the heated oxygen sensor, and the exhaust manifold studs, clean and inspect the exhaust manifold.
