You need to inspect the fluid level, raise and suitably support the vehicle, remove the tire and the wheel assembly, retain the rotor to the hub, compress the front caliper piston, remove the lower caliper bolt, access the pads, remove the pads and the two retainer slides, and inspect the disc brake mounting and hardware, the caliper dust boot, and the caliper bolts.
