2002 Buick Park Avenue Hood Release Cable

You need to open the hood, release the cable from the latch assembly, remove the wheelhouse liner, and the cable from the clips, route the cable along the body rail toward the rear of the vehicle, remove the screws retaining the hood latch release handle, then remove the cable.

The procedure is to install the cable in the handle, position the handle to the front cowl, then install the screws.

You need to remove the 2 retaining screws, disconnect the cable end, then remove the handle.
