FAQ for Power Seat Gear Repair

Q: What should be noticed before servicing the front seat adjuster motor?
A:
The seat adjuster motors can not be replaced individually. Therefore if any motor has failed, the seat adjuster needs to be replaced as an assembly.

Q: How to install the front seat lumbar support (power lumbar/bolster)?
A:
The proper way is to position the power lumbar/bolster assembly on the seat, connect the electrical connectors to the motors, fasten the lumbar wire, and install the rivets, the seat back cover and pad, the head restraint and guides, and the seat.
