Q: What is the removal procedure for the instrument panel electrical center?
A:
The procedure is to remove the harness from the front of the body wiring harness junction block, unsnap the cover from the body wiring harness junction block, remove the body wiring harness junction block from the bracket, disconnect the two 68-way IP connectors, and the remaining wiring connectors, and remove the body wiring harness junction block.

The proper way is to disconnect the negative battery cable(s), remove the left side end panel, remove the fuse block from the Instrument Panel (IP) assembly, disconnect all wiring connectors from the fuse block, and remove the fuse block.
