The procedure is to install the lower fan shroud, install the oil cooler hose clip and the oil cooler hoses, close the oil cooler hose clip, and install the cooling fan.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the lower fan shroud for the vehicle with the 6.0L engine?
A:
The procedure is to remove the cooling fan, open the oil cooler hose clip located on the lower fan shroud, remove the oil cooler hoses from the clip and the oil cooler hose clip from the lower fan shroud, and disengage the fan shroud from the retaining clips on the radiator.

The procedure is to install the tie bar, the tie bar bolts hand tight, the upper headlamp housing support screws, the Radiator mounting bolts, the tie bar to the radiator brace bolts, the upper fan shroud, the front end diagonal brace, the front end diagonal brace bolts, the upper condenser mounting bolts, the headlamps and the upper radiator baffle.
Q: How to install the thermostat?
A:
The proper way is to install the Thermostat and water pump inlet, the outlet hose, the air cleaner outlet duct, and the radiator inlet hose clip, and fill the cooling system.
