Q: What should be noticed while removing the clutch rotor and/or bearing (HT6/HD6/HU6)?
A:
It is not necessary to remove the staking in front of the bearing to remove the bearing, however, it will be necessary to file away the old stake metal for proper clearance for the new bearing to be installed or the bearing may be damaged.

Q: How to remove the compressor clutch coil (HT6/HD6/HU6)?
A:
The proper way is to remove the clutch plate and hub assembly, use the J 6083 to remove the pulley rotor and the bearing assembly retaining ring, and install the J 33023-A to the front head and the J 41552 down into the inner circle of slots in the rotor, turn the J 41552 clockwise in the slots in the rotor, hold the J41552 in position, remove the pulley rotor and bearing assembly, mark the clutch coil terminal location on the compressor front head, install the J 33023-A on the front head of the compressor, the J8433-1, and the J33025, and remove the clutch coil.
