Q: What is the removal procedure for the timing cover?
A:
You need to remove the crankshaft balancer and the water pump, drain the engine oil, remove all the engine oil pan fasteners except the 2 nuts at the rear of the engine, separate the engine oil pan from the engine front cover, disconnect the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor wire, and remove the engine front cover.

Q: How to install the timing cover?
A:
You need to install the new engine front cover, clean all adhesive from the corners of the oil pan gasket where it meets the engine front cover, and apply a 5 mm (0.197 inch) bead of adhesive to the engine front cover to the engine block junction at the oil pan, install the engine oil pan, connect the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor wire, and install the water pump.

You need to remove the drive belt, the bolt, and the drive Belt Tensioner.
Q: How to install the drive belt?
A:
You need to route the Drive Belt over all the pulleys except the drive belt tensioner arm, observe drive belt routing for vehicles with air conditioning, install a 3/8 inch drive wrench on the drive belt tensioner arm and rotate the drive belt tensioner arm counterclockwise, install the drive belt over the drive belt tensioner arm pulley, release the tension on the drive belt tensioner arm, confirm that the drive belt is properly routed, and install the air cleaner intake duct and the engine coolant reservoir.
