Q: What is the removal procedure for the upper intake manifold?
A:
You need to disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the engine cover and the air cleaner intake duct, disconnect the electrical connectors, remove the vacuum brake booster hose and the PCV tube at the intake manifold, disconnect the spark plug wires, remove the fuel pipes, the AIR bypass hose assembly, the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve, the accelerator control cable and the cruise control cable, the accelerator control cable bracket and the upper intake manifold bolts, and clean all sealing surfaces.
