You need to drain the engine coolant, remove the overflow hose, the inlet hose, and the outlet hose, disconnect the coolant level sensor electrical connector, remove the surge tank retaining bolt, the surge tank, and the surge tank, clean the surge tank with soap and water, and rinse the surge tank.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the coolant recovery reservoir?
A:
You need to drain the engine coolant, remove the coolant recovery reservoir hose clamp and the hose, the coolant recovery reservoir retaining bolt, the coolant recovery reservoir from the cowl tabs, and the coolant recovery reservoir, clean the coolant recovery reservoir with soap and water, and rinse the coolant recovery reservoir with clean water.
