Q: What is the removal procedure for the catalytic converter?
A:
You need to raise the vehicle, remove the transmission support, disconnect the Oxygen Sensors (02S) and Heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S) electrical connections, remove the nuts and the seals retaining the catalytic converter pipes, the nuts retaining the catalytic pipe, the catalytic converter pipe flange gasket, and catalytic converter pipe, loosen the clamp securing the right catalytic converter, remove the right catalytic converter pipe, the left catalytic converter pipe retaining nuts and gasket and the left catalytic converter pipe, and remove the oxygen sensors.
