You need to turn the ignition switch to the ACCY position, set the wiper switch to the PULSE position, then turn the ignition off when the wiper arms are in the inner wipe position and not moving, disconnect the washer hose from the washer nozzle, and remove the cover from the wiper arm nut, then remove the wiper arm nut from the wiper transmission drive shaft, remove the wiper arm from the wiper transmission, remove the wiper blade from the wiper arm, and clean the knurls of the wiper transmission drive shaft.
