Q: How to install the throttle position (TP) sensor?
A:
You need to install the TP sensor O-ring on the TP sensor, install the TP sensor on the throttle body assembly, then install the 2 TP sensor fasteners using a thread-locking compound on the screws, connect the TP sensor electrical connector, connect the EVAP purge line, and connect the fuel lines, finally install the air intake duct.

Q: How to remove the throttle body assembly?
A:
You need to drain the coolant, remove the air intake duct, disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector, disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector, remove the accelerator control cable bracket, disconnect the Throttle Body coolant bypass hoses, disconnect the heater pipe nut at the throttle body, remove the nuts and bolts holding the throttle body to the intake manifold, remove the throttle body assembly and the old gasket.
Q: How to remove the air filter element?
A:
You need to disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector, loosen the air intake duct/MAF sensor hose clamps, remove the air intake duct/MAF sensor assembly, unsnap the 2 housing cover retaining clamps, remove the air cleaner cover and carefully remove the Air Filter element, finally inspect the housing cover, seal assembly, and air ducting for damage.
Q: What is the proper way to install the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor?
A:
You should position the MAP Sensor to the bracket, connect the MAP inlet vacuum hose, connect the MAP sensor electrical connector, then install the screws.
