Q: How to install the steering knuckle?
A:
You need to install the knuckle, install the bolts that connect the strut to the knuckle, install the outer tie rod to the steering knuckle, connect the front lower control arm ball stud to the knuckle, then install the front wheel drive shaft bearing, and the tire and wheel assembly.

Q: What kind of special tools will be required in the replacement of the park brake cable-rear (drum brake)?
A:
The tools required include J37043 Parking Brake Cable Release Tool.
Q: How to install the wheel cylinder?
A:
You need to apply LOCTITE GM P/N 12345382 (or equivalent) to the Wheel Cylinder shoulder face which contacts the backing plate, spread the brake shoes apart, install the wheel cylinder, and the wheel cylinder bolts, then remove the cap from the brake pipe and install the brake pipe to the wheel cylinder, bleed the hydraulic brake system at the wheel cylinder, install the brake drum, install the tire and wheel, then lower the vehicle.
Q: What is the proper way to install the brake drum?
A:
You should align the marks on the Brake Drum and the hub made during the removal procedure, install the brake drum, inspect the brake-to-shoe adjustment, then install the tire and wheel.
