Q: How to remove the secondary air injection (AIR) shut-off valve-bank 1?
A:
You need to turn OFF the ignition, disconnect the secondary air injection (AIR) crossover pipe from the shut-off valve, disconnect the vacuum line from the shut-off valve, then remove the AIR shut-off valve nut, the shut-off valve to manifold pipe bolts, and remove the shut-off valve from the bracket.

You should install a new gasket between the shut-off valve and the manifold pipe, install the shut-off valve to the bracket, install the AIR shut-off valve to the manifold pipe fasteners, and install the AIR shut-off valve nut.
