You should install the inlet hose, the inlet hose to the hose retainer, the inlet hose to the power steering pump, install the inlet hose to the power steering gear cooler pipe, then install the right side engine splash shield, the drive belt, fill the power steering fluid reservoir, then bleed the power steering system.

A:
You need to remove the intermediate shaft from the steering gear, support the frame rear, remove the frame rear bolts, lower the frame rear to gain access, place the drain pan under the power steering pump and the power steering gear, remove the power steering gear hose clip, the inlet hose from the steering gear, raise the frame rear, install and fully seat the old frame bolts, remove the drive belt, the inlet hose from the pump, the inlet hose from the hose retainer, and remove the inlet hose.

You need to remove the right side engine splash shield to gain access, place the drain pan under the vehicle to catch any draining power steering fluid, remove the return hose from the power steering gear cooler pipe, remove the drive belt, the inlet hose from the power steering pump, the inlet hose from the hose retainer, then lastly remove the inlet hose.
