You should install the new idle air control O-ring, the idle air control valve into the throttle body, and the idle air control valve attaching screws, then connect the IAC electrical connector, install the canister purge valve, and the throttle control cable bracket, next turn the ignition ON then OFF, finally start the engine and allow the engine to reach operating temperature.
