2001 Chevrolet Venture Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

You need to remove the fuel sender assembly and remove the Fuel Level Sensor from the modular fuel sender.

You need to remove the Fuel Tank, and the fuel sender assembly, inspect the fuel sender strainer, and the fuel pump inlet for dirt and debris, then flush the fuel tank with hot water, pour the water out of the fuel sender assembly opening in the fuel tank, then install the fuel sender assembly, and install the fuel tank.

You need to relieve the fuel system pressure, disconnect the Fuel Pressure Regulator vacuum line, remove the fuel pressure regulator retaining screw, remove the fuel pressure regulator from the fuel rail, remove the retainer and spacer bracket from the rail and discard, and remove the fuel pressure regulator from the engine fuel return pipe, then remove the fuel pressure regulator inlet O-ring and discard.
