2001 Chevrolet Venture Exhaust Manifold

You need to remove the throttle body air inlet duct, drain the engine coolant from the cooling system, remove the right engine mount strut bracket, disconnect the inlet radiator hose from the engine, remove the thermostat bypass pipe, the exhaust crossover pipe bolts from the engine left side exhaust manifold, remove the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts, the exhaust manifold heat shield, the exhaust manifold nuts, the exhaust manifold, and remove the exhaust manifold gasket, lastly clean the engine left side exhaust manifold to the engine left side cylinder head sealing surfaces.

The recommended torque is 10 Nm (89-inch lbs.).

The recommended torque is 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
