A:
You need to remove the brake hose bracket screw from the control arm, use the utility stand to support the center of the rear axle, remove the shock absorber lower bolts and nuts, remove the rear axle tie rod from the rear axle, use the utility stand to lower the rear axle, then remove the springs and the insulators.

The tools required include J37043 Parking Brake Cable Release Tool.
Q: How to install the steering knuckle?
A:
You need to install the knuckle, install the bolts that connect the strut to the knuckle, install the outer tie rod to the Steering Knuckle, connect the front lower control arm ball stud to the knuckle, then install the front wheel drive shaft bearing, and the tire and wheel assembly.
Q: How to install the wheel cylinder?
A:
You need to apply LOCTITE GM P/N 12345382 (or equivalent) to the Wheel Cylinder shoulder face which contacts the backing plate, spread the brake shoes apart, install the wheel cylinder, and the wheel cylinder bolts, then remove the cap from the brake pipe and install the brake pipe to the wheel cylinder, bleed the hydraulic brake system at the wheel cylinder, install the brake drum, install the tire and wheel, then lower the vehicle.
