Q: What is the removal procedure for the coil spring?
A:
You need to raise and support the vehicle, remove the rear wheel and tire assembly, the control rod-to-knuckle nut, the washer, and the control rod, disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector, remove the sensor harness and the stabilizer link from the control arm, support the suspension arm, remove the suspension arm-to-knuckle bolt and the nut, manually pull the knuckle assembly from the suspension arm, slowly lower the floor jack, remove the spring from the suspension arm and the upper seat, and inspect the spring and the upper seat.
