Q: What is the disassembly procedure for the intermediate shaft overhaul?
A:
You need to remove the intermediate shaft, mount the intermediate shaft bearing arbor securely in a vise, remove the outer seal of the intermediate shaft bearing from the intermediate shaft bearing arbor, the 1 snap ring from the right inner wheel drive shaft, remove the right inner wheel drive shaft from the intermediate shaft bearing, remove the inner seal of the intermediate shaft bearing, the intermediate shaft bearing retaining clip, the intermediate shaft bearing, inspect the intermediate shaft bearing and the inner seal and the outer seal of the intermediate shaft bearing.
