You need to remove the oil pan, the transmission assembly, the engine flywheel, the bolts, and the nut. Then you need to remove the crankshaft rear oil seal housing and the crankshaft rear oil seal housing gasket. After that, you can clean all the sealing surfaces before inspecting and replacing the crankshaft rear oil seal housing for warping, cracks, wear, or damage.
