You need to recover the refrigerant, remove the left body side rear trim panel and the air outlet duct assembly, and disconnect the electrical connectors. After raising and supporting the vehicle, you can remove the retaining nut and lower the vehicle. Then you can remove the bolts that retain the case to the vehicle, the auxiliary evaporator module assembly, the screws from the case, the evaporator core seal, and the core from the case. After inspecting the gaskets and the seals for damage, you can replace the damaged gaskets and the seals.
