You need to recover the refrigerant from the system and remove the compressor, and the clutch plate and hub assembly. After removing the pulley rotor and the bearing assembly retaining ring, you can install the J 33023-A to the front head and the J 41552, remove the pulley rotor and bearing assembly, mark the clutch coil terminal location, and install the J 33023-A, the J 8433-1, and the J 33025. Then you can tighten the J 8433-3 and remove the clutch coil.

You need to install the shaft key into the hub key groove and clean the clutch plate and the clutch rotor. After aligning the shaft key, you can place the clutch plate and the hub assembly, install the forcing tip, reverse the body directly, and install the J 33013-B with the bearing. Then you can hold the center screw with a wrench. After that, you need to tighten the hex portion of the J 33013-B body and the body several turns.

You need to recover the refrigerant from the system, remove the compressor from the vehicle, hold the compressor in a vise, and attach the compressor to the holding fixture. Then you can install the compressor, remove the shaft protector, and thread the J 33013-B into the hub. After that, you can remove the clutch plate, the hub assembly, the shaft key, and the old clutch plate and hub assembly.

You need to prepare the J 33013-B hub and drive plate installer and the J 39400-A halogen leak detector.

You need to prepare the J 6083 snap ring pliers, J 8433-1 puller bar, the J 8433-3 forcing screw, the J 33017 pulley and bearing assembly installer, the J 33023 puller pilot, the J 33024 clutch coil installer adapter, the J 33025 clutch coil puller legs, the J 39400 halogen leak detector, the J 34992 holding fixture, and the J 41552 pulley puller.
