You can remove the battery negative cable, the SIR system, the inflator module, the steering wheel, the SIR coil from the steering column upper shaft, the wave washer, the bearing retainer, the shaft lock shield, the turn signal cancel cam, the upper bearing spring, the upper bearing inner race seat, and the inner race.

Q: How to remove the steering knuckle?
A:
You can remove the tire and wheel assembly, the front wheel drive shaft bearing, the front lower control arm ball stud, the outer tie rod end from the Steering Knuckle, the bolts connecting the strut to the knuckle, and the knuckle from the vehicle.
Q: How to install the wheel cylinder?
A:
You can apply Loctite GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent to the Wheel Cylinder shoulder face that contacts the backing plate, position the wheel cylinder, install the wheel cylinder mounting bolts, remove the plugs from the brake pipe ends, install the bleeder valve, the brake shoes, the brake drum, the brake hydraulic system, and the tire and wheel assembly.
Q: How to remove the brake drum?
A:
You can remove the rear wheel and tire assembly and the Brake Drum.
