2001 Buick Regal Cooling Fan Motor

You can drain the cooling system, remove the accessory wiring junction block and Water Pump pulley bolts, remove the drive belt, the water pump pulley bolts, water pump pulley, power steering pump mounting bolts, the water pump bolts, water pump, and the water pump gasket.

You can disconnect the battery ground (negative) cable, drain the radiator, disconnect the electrical connector from the Coolant Level Sensor, lift one leg of the snap clip from its locked position and pull outward with a slight twisting motion, and remove the coolant level sensor.

You can remove the engine coolant from the cooling system, the throttle body air inlet duct, the LH engine mount strut, the spark plug wires at the left bank, the upper radiator hose from the housing, the heater outlet hose from the Thermostat bypass pipe, the throttle body inlet and outlet hoses from the thermostat bypass pipe, the thermostat bypass pipe-to-throttle body nut, the thermostat bypass pipe-to-engine front cover bolt, and the thermostat bypass pipe.
