You can connect the park brake lever to the primary brake shoe and install the retaining clip, position the hook end of the J 38400, the hook end of the J 38400 under the universal spring, spread the top of the brake shoes, and install the adjuster spring, the brake drum, and the tire and wheel assembly.

A:
You can remove the tire and wheel assembly, the brake drum, and the adjuster spring, use the J 38400 to spread the top of the brake shoes to remove the adjuster assembly, position the hook end of the J 38400, the hook end of the J 38400, and disconnect the park brake lever from the primary brake shoe by removing the retaining clip.
