Q: How do you remove the upper intake manifold?
A:
You can disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the engine cover, the air cleaner intake duct, disconnect the fuel injector electrical connector, manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor, EVAP canister purge solenoid valve, idle Air Control (IAC) solenoid, throttle Position (TP) sensor, remove the vacuum brake booster hose, the PCV tube at the intake manifold, disconnect the spark plug wires from the left side of the distributor cap, remove the fuel pipes from the rear of the engine, AIR Bypass hose, the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve from the engine, the accelerator control cable and the cruise control cable, the accelerator control cable bracket from the throttle body and the intake manifold the upper intake manifold bolts from the engine and then remove the upper intake manifold.

Q: How do you install the upper intake manifold?
A:
You can install the accelerator control cable bracket, the accelerator control cable and the cruise control cable, the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve, the fuel pipes, connect the spark plug wires to the left side of the distributor cap, install AIR bypass hose, the PCV tube to the intake manifold, the vacuum brake booster hose, connect fuel injector electrical connector, manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor, EVAP canister purge solenoid valve, idle Air Control (IAC) solenoid, throttle Position (TP) sensor, install the air cleaner intake duct, the engine cover, connect the battery negative cable.
