You can disconnect the idler arm, remove the nut from the idler arm ball stud, use the J24319-B, and separate the idler arm from the relay rod.

A:
You can connect the idler arm, and the relay rod to the idler arm ball stud, remove the tool and install a new torque prevailing nut on the idler arm ball stud.
