Q: What's the installation procedure for the auxiliary blower motor resistor (RPO C69)?
A:
The installation procedure is to install the Blower Motor Resistor into the case, install the screws that retain the resistor to the case, and tighten the screws that retain the resistor to the case to 2 N.m (18 lb in), next install the electrical connector and the left body side rear trim panel.
Q: How to remove the auxiliary heater core?
A:
You will need to drain the engine coolant, remove the body side front lower trim panel, remove the clamps from the auxiliary heater pipes, disconnect the auxiliary heater pipes from the auxiliary heater module, then remove the screws and the band clamp from the right and left sides of the Heater Core, finally remove the heater core and the seals.
Q: How to remove the auxiliary heater front pipes?
A:
You will need to drain the engine coolant, raise the vehicle, remove the front pipes, the bolts that retain the front pipes to the body, and the clips that retain the front pipes to the body, then remove the auxiliary heater front pipe from the Heater Hoses and remove the auxiliary heater front pipes.
