Q: What's the proper way to remove the hot water bypass valve (RPO C60)?
A:
The proper way is to remove the air cleaner then drain the engine coolant, remove the hose clamps from the outlet pipe and the inlet pipe, then use the J 38185 to remove the hose clamps from the outlet pipe and the inlet pipe, remove the bolts that retain the valves to the heater assembly, remove the bypass valves from the heater assembly, then remove the heater hoses from the engine to the water bypass valve.

Q: What's the installation procedure for the compressor pressure relief valve?
A:
The installation procedure is to lubricate the O-ring of the new pressure relief valve using new 525 viscosity refrigerant oil, install the pressure relief valve and tighten it to 9 N.m (80 lb in), then evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system, ensure that no leaks exist in the system and install the engine cover.

Q: What's the proper way to install the hot water bypass valve (Standard)?
A:
The proper way is to install the bypass valves to the heater assembly, install the bolts that retain the valves to the heater assembly, install the heater inlet pipe and the outlet pipe to the bypass valves, and use the J 38185 to install the hose clamps to the outlet pipe and the inlet pipe, then fill the cooling system, ensure that no leaks exist in the cooling system, finally install the air cleaner.
