Q: What's the installation procedure for the EGR pipe?
A:
The installation procedure is to install the EGR pipe in the proper location and start the pipe fittings by hand but not fully tighten at this step, ensure that the EGR pipe fittings are correctly lined up on the adaptors to the exhaust and intake manifolds, tighten the EGR pipe fitting to the exhaust manifold to 30 N.m (22 lb-ft), tighten the EGR pipe fitting to the intake manifold to 25Nm (18 lb-ft), install the EGR pipe bracket retaining fastener and tighten the fastener to 25N.m (18 lb-ft), then install the engine cover.
