No, you cannot. The right and left adjusting screws are not allowed to be interchanged.

Q: How to adjust the brake shoes?
A:
You may need to raise the vehicle, remove the knockout plugs in the backing plate, tighten the adjusting screw until the wheel can just be turned by hand, loosen the adjusting screw 24 notches, install an adjusting hole cover in the backing plate, lower the vehicle, finally check the park brake adjustment.
