You should disconnect the electrical connector to the mode actuator that is located on the left side of the air distribution case and remove the screws, the adjuster links from the control lever, and the mode actuator, and then adjust the mode actuator.

Q: How do I install the temperature actuator?
A:
You should install the actuator and the screws and connect the electrical connectors. Then you should roll the instrument panel compartment forward, connect the battery negative cable and test the circuit operation.

A:
You should install the mode actuator, the screws and the adjuster links to the control lever. Then you should connect the electrical connector and test the circuit operation.

Q: How do I remove the temperature actuator?
A:
You should disconnect the battery negative cable, roll back the instrument panel, and disconnect the electrical connector from the temperature actuator that is located in the passenger compartment, on the front of the heater case. Then you should remove the screws and the actuator and adjust the actuator.
