A:
You should disconnect the negative battery cable, drain the fuel below the level of the fuel filler hose, raise the vehicle, clean all fuel hose connections and surrounding areas before disconnecting the fuel hoses, loosen the vent hose and the fill hose clamps at the upper filler tube and the lower filler tube and the vent tube and remove the fuel fill hose and the vent hose.
