Q: How do I install the crankshaft position timing ring?
A:
You should install the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring, align the keyway on the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring with the woodruff key (crankshaft balancer) in the crankshaft, push the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring onto the crankshaft until completely seated against the crankshaft sprocket, install the engine front cover and the Negative Battery.

You should disconnect the Negative Battery Terminal, remove the engine front cover and remove the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring.
