You should coat the O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil and insert the short screen end of the new orifice into the evaporator tube.

A:
You should recover the refrigerant, remove the air cleaner assembly, disconnect the evaporator tube connection near the junction block, remove the O-ring seal, cap or plug the open line and use the J 26549-E to remove the orifice tube from the evaporator tube.

A:
You should use the J 26549-E to install the orifice tube into the evaporator tube, coat the new O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigeration oil, install the new O-ring seal, connect the evaporator tube connection, charge the system and inspect the system for leaks.
