You should remove the right rear quarter trim panel, disconnect the electrical connectors, and remove the screws and the Blower Motor Resistor.
Q: How do I remove the IAT sensor?
A:
You should disconnect the negative battery cable and the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor harness connector and remove the IAT sensor by grasping the sensor, and twist and pull out from the air cleaner outlet duct.
Q: What should be particularly cautioned in installing the heater core?
A:
You should tighten the screws on the engine side of the cowl to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in), tighten the two nuts to 2.8 N.m (25 lb in), and tighten the screw on the interior side of the cowl to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
