2000 Chevrolet Tracker Radiator

The proper way is to install the front upper panel to the vehicle, install the horn to the vehicle, install the hood primary latch to the front upper panel, install the radiator grille, and then install the hood hold-open rod.

You should remove the hood hold open rod, remove the radiator grille, remove the 2 bolts and the hood primary latch from the front upper panel and position aside, remove the mounting bolt and the horn from the vehicle, and remove the 6 bolts which secure the front upper panel along the top, remove the 4 bolts and the 2 screws from the front of the front upper panel, and then remove the front upper panel from the vehicle.

The procedure is to remove the radiator cap, remove the transmission oil cooler lines from the bottom of the radiator, remove the radiator overflow hose, and then remove 1 bolt from each side of the radiator.

The proper way is to install the radiator, install the radiator shroud with the 4 clips, install the transmission oil cooler lines to the bottom of the radiator, and then connect the negative battery cable.
