The procedure is to remove the relays from the fuse block bracket, remove the harness from the retainers, and then remove the harness from the vehicle.

Q: What is the proper way to install the relay/fuse center?
A:
The proper way is to install any fuses and relays that were removed from the front of the junction block, install the junction block to the 3 retaining studs, install the bracket that contains the fuel pump relay and the main relay to the left front side of the junction block, and then install the IP steering column opening trim plate.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the relay/fuse center?
A:
The procedure is to remove the IP steering column opening trim plate, remove the 2 nuts that retain the junction block to the left hinge pillar, remove the nut that retains the junction block to the bulkhead, remove the junction block from the 3 retaining studs to gain the necessary clearance to disconnect the electrical connectors from the rear of the junction block, and then remove the junction block from the vehicle.
