The proper way is to install the fuel injectors to the fuel rail, install the fuel rail to the intake manifold, and then install the intake manifold reinforcement bracket.

The procedure is to remove the throttle body, remove the hold-down bracket at the rear of the intake manifold, remove the bracket, remove the hold-down bracket bolt for the fuel pipes, and then remove the fuel injectors.

The procedure is to remove the throttle body, remove the fuel return line, remove the vacuum line, remove the retaining bolts, and then remove the fuel pressure regulator.

The procedure is to loosen the fuel filler cap to relieve any fuel tank pressure, remove the fuel pump relay from the junction box, crank the engine, allow the engine to start and stall, crank the engine for an additional 3 seconds, disconnect the negative battery cable to avoid re-pressurizing the fuel system, install the fuel pump relay to the junction box, and then tighten the fuel filler cap.

The proper way is to install a new O-ring, install the fuel pressure regulator, install the retaining bolts, and then install the throttle body.
