The procedure is to loosen the steering gear boot outer clamp, measure the length of the right inner tie rod and the right outer tie rod, measure the length of the left inner tie rod and the left outer tie rod, compare the two lengths, adjust the toe, tighten the tie rod end lock nuts, ensure the steering gear boots are not twisted, and then tighten the steering gear boot outer clamp.

The procedure is to measure the wheel alignment, compare the vehicle alignment with the specifications, inspect the suspension components, replace any components that display the above conditions, and then inspect the body for conditions that may cause the caster and the camber to be out of specification.

The procedure is to loosen the lock nuts, loosen the steering gear boot outer clamp on the inner tie rod, rotate the left tie rod and the right tie rod by the same amount, rotate the left tie rod and the right tie rod, ensure the steering gear boots are not twisted, and then tighten the steering gear boot outer clamp on the inner tie rod.
