Q: What is the removal procedure for the evaporator core?
A:
The procedure is to remove the instrument panel carrier, remove the bolt and slide the plate counterclockwise to remove the evaporator inlet and outlet tubes at the bulkhead, remove the evaporator case from the vehicle, remove the evaporator from the lower case, and then remove the evaporator temperature sensor from the evaporator.
