2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Fuel Tank

You can relieve the fuel system pressure, raise the vehicle, loosen the Fuel Filler Hose clamp at the fuel tank and the fuel filler pipe, remove the fuel filler hose, disconnect the vapor recirculation line, remove the fuel filler pipe attaching screw from the underbody, lower the vehicle, remove the fuel filler pipe attaching screws from the fuel filler pipe access panel, raise the vehicle and remove the fuel filler pipe.

You can coat all new O-rings with engine oil and install the Fuel Injector lower and upper O-ring, the fuel injector, the fuel injector retaining clips, and the fuel rail.

You can turn off the ignition switch, remove the trunk liner, the retaining nuts, and the fuel sender access panel, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor.
