2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Cooling Fan Shroud

You can connect the cooling fan shroud electrical connector, install the cooling fan shroud and the clip, connect the transmission oil cooler lines, install the cooling fan shroud bolts and retainers, connect the radiator inlet hose, install the air cleaner assembly, install the front fender upper diagonal brace, rotate the struts and the braces forward to the proper position, install the engine strut brace bolts, fill the cooling system, connect the battery ground (negative) cable and inspect for proper operation.

The procedure is to disconnect the battery ground (negative) cable, partially drain the cooling system, remove the engine strut brace bolts, rotate the struts and the braces rearward, remove the front fender upper diagonal brace, disconnect the throttle body air inlet, adjust the air cleaner assembly, disconnect the radiator inlet hose, disengage the cooling fan shroud retainers, remove the cooling fan shroud bolts, disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines, disengage the cooling fan shroud clip, reposition the cooling fan shroud, disconnect the cooling fan shroud electrical connector and remove the cooling fan shroud.
