Q: How to remove the Transmission Mount?
A:
You need to raise and support the vehicle, and support the transmission with a transmission jack. Then you need to remove the transmission mount to the transmission support retaining nut and raise the transmission to take the weight off of the mount. After that, you need to remove the transmission mount to the transmission mounting bolts and raise the transmission just enough to remove the transmission mount. Finally, you can remove the transmission mount from the vehicle.
