You need to remove the upper intake manifold assembly, and the
Fuel Pressure Regulator retainer clip, and you should pull and twist the fuel pressure regulator to remove the fuel pressure regulator from the fuel pressure regulator housing using a shop towel to catch any spilled fuel. Then you need to remove the regulator seal lower O-ring and the regulator assembly filter. After that, you need to remove the regulator seal upper O-ring and remove the regulator seal backup ring. Finally, you need to cover the fuel pressure regulator housing to prevent contamination from entering the fuel system, then you can discard the O-rings.
